Steppin’ Out Saturday {4.30.11}

happy sunday guys! i don’t know about you but so far my weekend has been pretty much magical. yesterday we were up bright and early for the March of Dimes walk and it was a huge success! i’m excited to tell you guys a lot more about it tomorrow with photos and the winners of the giveaway. we had a great time and raised a bunch of moola for those babies. and that feels great!

last evening i stepped out to Bellevue to enjoy some serious bloggy girl time with some seriously lovely ladies. it was a complete and total blast. i think i’ve found a group of girls who i really click with and have a lot in common with. it was nice to chat about blogging and motherhood and just be silly. really great ladies!  i also have mucho photos of the nights festivities to share with you as well, so expect a fun post about that, too. (i know, i’m so mean with all the teasing).

this dress i found for Harper just kills me. it’s one of those ones i never want her to grow out of because it’s so freaking presh. but alas she will. luckily it will become a shirt first. isn’t it just precious? and of course she got a balloon at the walk and insisted on taking it outside to get photos (fine by me, it looks adorable and she’s happy). i told her hold on tight, but at some point she forgot and let go. saddest face ever. “mommy, get my balloon, PWEASE!”. sorry kidlet, my go go gadget arms aren’t working right now. #ninetysjoke

the lovely and very talented Krust sent me this gorgeous bag! i’m so in love with it. it’s a nice big clutch and all my stuff fit in it, even my camera! and i was able to carry it around easily. it’s got a pocket inside to find your phone or lipgloss fast and above all that functionality stuff, it’s ADORABLE. i highly recommend you get yourself a Krust bag, on the real.

    I would say magical is pretty accurate! I really enjoyed getting my wine on with you all last night – it was the relaxation equivalent of a couple massages for me. SO fun. It’s not if but WHEN we do it again.

    Also, I would have never guessed that was a Target top!

    agreed, we must do it again and very soon! i got the top there at least 2 years ago which is especially crazy because it’s so in style right now! it’s one of my go to tops :)
