saturday was kick ace over here. we went on a boat ride tour and the weather was perfection (i’ll be sure to share photos of our adventure). we stepped out for dinner with Bree and Barham and today i’m off to the beach for Bree’s bridal shower/lunch/float around in the water wearing a floppy hat day.
i know the heat has been sweltering in other places but this is the first weekend it’s felt like real summer here. which is unfortunate considering it’s nearly august. but boats/beach/eating outside has made it feel legit. hope you guys are enjoying your weekend and staying cool if that’s your thing or enjoying the boob sweat if that’s your thing.

i’m not sure how this outfit could get any less expensive. seriously i’m cheaper than cheap in this get up. it’s because of finding cute things like this at thrift stores that i legitimately choke on my own saliva when i’m out at stores where they sell things that have never been worn by other people. i actually scoffed at an h& m price recently. i guess when you find jeans for less than $10 you forget that others had to pay full price before you could have them. the sacrifices! (thank you people who actually clean out their closets once in while).
add to that a clearance target bracelet and a necklace that was a gift (it’s a real whistle and it’s real AWESOME) and you have a recipe for some serious

sidenote: after watching this i realized there is a point where it sounds like i call Harper an idiot. before all the loonies show up telling me OMGWTFBBQ, i just wanted to clear up that i actually said “she’s eating it”. i would never call my kid an idiot. i reserve those types of names for myself after i post videos like this on the internet.
