any excuse to quote peewee herman, amirite?

Harper picked this outfit out herself and insisted on getting herself dressed. the problem is she is still learning that last part so it usually ends up in tears because she tried to put her head through the arm hole or can’t pull her pants up or whatever.  this time was no exception. she was in her room screamcrying and don’t you dare ask her if she would like some help. because she would NOT LIKE ANY HELP IN FACT GO AWAY RIGHT NOW MOMMY. oh joyous day, i cannot wait for the teenage years with this one. how much is wine by the case? there’s a discount for that right?

you can’t see but she is wearing red and black striped socks. i love her choices.

we stepped out to a going away party for our dear friend Matto, as he is moving to portland. this is where i’d say something like “bye Matto, we will miss you!” but he refuses to even come to my blog because he is legitimately offended by the amount of cute that Harper brings. you should see him talk about it, it’s hilarious. he gets mad. about cute. go to portland or something you weirdo.

happy sunday! also knows as superbowl sunday. most importantly known as the day i dance the JIG OF JOY because football has come and gone again. dance dance dance dance

    You look awesome!  I have those shoes in black and LOVE them!  This is the day I cry because I wonder what in the hell we are going to do on Sunday afternoons for the next 6 months:(  I suppose we will be like normal, non-football watching families and actually do things like leave the house?  BOO!!

    Too funny! My daughter was the same way early in her 3′s and then it passed and now she’s closer to 4 and I get to pick out her clothes again….thank god!!!! I have 2 boys too and they are WAY easier!!!

    The funny thing? I loved it when I was 10 years old, and now that I’ve seen it as an adult I can see all the adult jokes that totally went over my head as a child.
