i took this video of H and i reading (and by i mean reading, i mean looking at pictures and a few words) a book. what sucks is that the camera stopped recording towards the beginning (because SOMEONE – not me [ok it's totally me] – sucks at deleting photos and whatnot. it wasn’t until later that i even realized it had stopped. but because her wittle voice is just too fraking cute, and her knowledge of words is adorable, i’m sharing the part that lived. RIP the rest of the video. ::kicks self in the shin::

i actually pulled a kate gosselin (pre extensions, post tummy tuck) and went a little postal on my camera when i realized what had happened. remember that? when she “hated this damn camera”? yeah. only this was user error (after much consideration i realize that was probably the case with her, too, but i digress). if you’ll excuse moi, i’m off to clear off my camera.

so you know how Harper loves weird words? like bicycle and garbage? well one day i was talking to Mae on the phone and she was all “i want Harper to learn how to say walrus”. we laughed. but who’s laughing now? [well, technically, all of us because this video is cute and funny].
