happy day 3! to continue on our spectrum of style awesomeness this week, it’s time for bags! super amazing handmade bags to be exact.
surely you remember my gorgeous doily clutch from Krust, right? how could one forget. today, Krust wants to help celebrate my birthday by giving one of you a bag of your choice! i shall give you a moment to happy dance.

you guys. as i type this i’m at number 7 on the top 25 stylish moms list over at circle of moms. and it is all because of you. even if i end up at number 10 or 110 (you never know with these things), YOU got me there and i can’t say thank you enough. it may seem petty. i know i don’t win anything and in the very grand scheme of things, it truly does not matter. but as a girl who, a year or so ago felt like the least stylish person on the face of the planet, this tiny victory does feel like something. it matters to me.
without getting all sappy over an internet list, i will just say thank you. i feel like your votes mean that i am doing something right here, that i am striking a chord with you, that i may have helped at least one person feel more confident, more stylish, more beautiful. or for the love of josh duhamel, at least get dressed! i have had a few select people who have let me know they do not approve of my unconventional way of “mommy blogging” – by talking about myself (the horror!) and things that interest me like fashion and whatnot. i mean, after all, the blog is called Harper’s Happenings, i’m told. luckily, the people who are here because they want to be and not because they want to see if i’m failing yet (p.s. i’m not) are the ones who matter. so to all of you who choose to rally around me when i need you, albeit for a possibly silly voting contest that is undeniably annoying, you are the bombdiggity. and i don’t even talk like that.
